About the course
BollyFit is a dance fitness training program designed for ladies which involves high and low-intensity dance moves and exercises to the tune of popular Bollywood Music. The program will teach participants various dance routines for cardio strengthening which will help them boost energy, improve balance and flexibility, help them lose weight and condition of muscles..
