A novel and first of its kind institute in the region to offer training in the field of Performing and Visual Arts, IAID has over 1,200 students representing 80+ nationalities. Franchise and Operations Officer is responsible to develop, lead and implement a company Franchise Business Model. To understand the business processes, provide an established or develop a tried-and-tested Franchise system that will address the Academy requirement. Monitor legal and policy compliance in the organizations franchise business to ensure that standards, policies and processes are met. Lead and implement the Franchise Business Model from end-to-end. Ensuring best business practices. Improve performance of the Franchising business model in the respective markets. Identify and develop new franchise opportunities. Evaluate franchise partners KPIs to ensure business success and manage all reports. Expand the franchisee network through marketing & sales efforts locally and internationally. Provide guidelines in new site selection and construction of new center. Provide overall supervision of the franchise activities. Prepare market studies in order to identify the potential in market. Prepare the corresponding business plan. Introduce and maintain competitor-monitoring program.
-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or related field.
-Minimum of Five (5) – Seven (7) years of experience.
-Proven experience in developing new markets, including new countries, new business development with Principals, new franchisee lead development.
-Excellent work ethics, strong leadership qualities and a focused team player are critical attributes.
-Excellent communication in English (oral and written), with pleasing personality, self-starter and can work with different nationalities & background.
