She is a Past District 20 Governor covering 7 countries-Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. It is the biggest District in the world. District 20 under her leadership-2013-2014 ranked Number 8 among the President’s Distinguished District Recipients and during her term District 20 was one among the top three that received the President’s Extension Award among 95 Districts.
She was the first Certified International Professional Trainer for Managers (CIPTM) holder in Jordan and she is currently taking up her PhD degree in Communications. She has a Masters in Development Communication (Graduated Top of her Class) University of the Philippines, Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science (Graduated with Honors) at De La Salle University, Philippines
Victoria is a Corporate Trainer and a Personality Development Coach for adults, teens and children in the Middle East. She has conducted soft skills to the admissions staff and management in the Education City in universities like Georgetown University, Texas A&M University, Weill Cornell, Carnegie Mellon and Virginia Commonwealth University (the latter from the year 2003 until 2011) and IAID (International Academy for Intercultural Development) in Doha Qatar.
She is on her way to becoming a DTM for the third time. She has an undying passion for Toastmasters and loves helping people change their lives for the better. Her story was included in the book compiled by Sheryl Roush a prominent Toastmaster and trainer called “The Heart of a Toastmaster.” She recently conducted training for Region 11 District Trio in Barcelona, Spain for the Midyear Training, Educational workshops for District 59 in Nice, France –training sessions for District 71 (UK and Ireland), District 94 (Nigeria, West Africa), District 95 (Copenhagen, Denmark), District 74 (South Africa) and Districts 20 (Bahrain).
